Terms of Service
Last updated 21 August 2026
These terms apply to your use of savianotennis.com. Enrolment in any programme is governed by the separate agreement you sign with us; nothing on this website replaces it.
Acceptance
By using this website you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
Use of the site
You agree not to:
- Use the site for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, its systems or its data
- Interfere with the site's operation, or scrape or copy it systematically without our written permission
- Submit false information through our forms
Enquiries, enrolment and payment
Submitting a form on this site is an enquiry, not a booking. A place in a programme is confirmed only once we have accepted it in writing and any required payment has been received. Programme dates, schedules, tuition and availability shown on this site may change, and the terms of your enrolment agreement take precedence over anything published here.
Accounts
Some services — including Saviano Online — require an account. You are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for activity that takes place under your account. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been used without your permission.
Content you submit
You are responsible for what you send us through this site, including form submissions, messages and any files such as a résumé. By submitting content you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use it for the purpose you submitted it for — answering your enquiry, assessing an application, or administering your enrolment.
Suspension and termination
We may suspend or withdraw access to the site, or to an account, if these terms are breached or where we reasonably need to for security or legal reasons.
No guarantee of results
References on this site to past results — including college placement, rankings, tournament outcomes and the achievements of players who have trained with us — describe what has happened historically. They are not a promise or guarantee of any particular outcome for any individual player. Athletic development depends on many factors outside our control.
Intellectual property
The content of this site — including text, photography, video, logos and the Saviano name and marks — belongs to Saviano High Performance Tennis or its licensors, and may not be reproduced or used commercially without permission. Third-party marks, such as university crests, remain the property of their respective owners and are shown for identification only.
Third-party links and services
This site links to services we do not control, including our online training platform, payment and form providers, and social media. We are not responsible for their content, availability or practices, and your use of them is subject to their own terms.
Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The site is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that the information on it is complete or current.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Saviano High Performance Tennis is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of this site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law rules, and the courts of Broward County, Florida shall have jurisdiction over any dispute.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when they were last revised, and continued use of the site means you accept the current version.
