Who we are

A team built around a standard

Saviano High Performance Tennis is a training academy dedicated to the holistic development of top-tier junior and professional players. Founded and directed by internationally recognized coach Nick Saviano, our methodology is built on character, discipline and long-term athletic growth.

Academy Manager

A highly organized, hands-on leader to oversee daily operations and support the coaching team, working directly with Nick Saviano.

Responsibilities

  • On-court coaching and oversight of coaching standards
  • Proactive, professional communication with parents
  • Day-to-day operational management and service standards
  • Scheduling, staff coordination and tournament travel logistics
  • Travelling to tournaments to support and scout SHPT players

What we're looking for

  • A deep tennis background — collegiate, professional or high-performance
  • On-court leadership: running drills, practices and mentoring staff
  • Experience managing a tennis program or athletic facility
  • Excellent communication with players, coaches and parents
  • Commitment to the Saviano philosophy of character and discipline

High Performance Coach

Experienced coaches who want to develop top-tier junior players alongside a world-renowned coach and staff.

  • Former college, ATP or WTA playing background
  • UTR: 11.5+ for men, 9+ for women
  • Solid moral and ethical standards
  • A strong desire to develop top-tier junior players
  • Excellent communication skills

Strength & Conditioning Coach

A dedicated physical trainer to lead the off-court development of our athletes — building resilient, explosive, durable players.

  • Significant experience working specifically with tennis athletes
  • CSCS certified, or an equivalent high-level accreditation
  • A focus on injury prevention, lateral agility and sport-specific power
