Information we collect

Information you give us

When you submit an enquiry, programme application or coach application, we collect the details you provide. Depending on the form, that may include:

• Parent or guardian name, relationship to the player, phone number and email address
• Player name, age, level or UTR range, and what you are looking for from a programme
• Anything else you choose to write in a message or attach, such as a coaching résumé

Information collected automatically

Like most websites, we collect limited technical and usage information automatically: IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, how far you scroll, which links and buttons you click, whether you started or completed a video, and the site or advert you arrived from.

How we use it

• To respond to your enquiry and advise on the right programme
• To administer enrolment, scheduling and communications
• To review applications for coaching and staff positions
• To understand how the site is used, so we can improve it and measure whether our advertising is working
• To meet legal, tax and safeguarding obligations

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own independent marketing.

Service providers and tracking

We use a small number of established providers to run the site and our enquiry process. Each processes data under its own privacy policy:

• GoHighLevel (LeadConnector) — hosts our enquiry and application forms and stores submissions in our CRM.
• Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics 4 and Google Ads — website analytics and advertising measurement.
• Meta (Facebook and Instagram) Pixel — measurement and audiences for our social advertising.
• Vimeo — video hosting for programme videos.
• Vercel — website hosting and delivery.

These tools use cookies and similar technologies. You can control cookies in your browser settings, opt out of Google Analytics with the Google Analytics opt-out add-on, and adjust advertising preferences in Google My Ad Center and your Meta ad settings. Blocking cookies may affect how parts of the site work.

Children's privacy

Our programmes serve junior players, many of whom are minors. This website is directed at parents, guardians and adult players, and our forms are intended to be completed by a parent or guardian, or by a player aged 13 or over. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from a child under 13 without parental consent.

If you believe a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.

Retention and security

We keep enquiry and enrolment records for as long as needed to provide our services and to meet our legal obligations, then delete or anonymise them. We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal information, though no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you or your child, and you can unsubscribe from our emails at any time using the link in any message. Depending on where you live — for example under Florida law, the California Consumer Privacy Act, or the UK and EU GDPR — you may have additional rights. Contact us and we will respond as required by the applicable law.
